All services are provided by qualified professionals with expertise in career documentation and recruitment processes.

3. User Account and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers and US Dollars (USD) for international customers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, PayPal, and other approved payment processors.

4.3 Payment Due: Payment is due upon placing an order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4 EMI Options: EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) options are available for orders above ₹2,000 through our approved payment partners.

5. Service Delivery and Timelines

5.1 Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery times are:

• Fresher Package: 2 working days
• Premium Package: 3 working days
• Executive Package: 5 working days
• International Package: 7 working days

5.2 Rush Delivery: Rush delivery options are available for additional charges. Rush orders are subject to writer availability.

5.3 Delivery Method: Final documents will be delivered via email to your registered email address.

6. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1 Revision Policy: We offer unlimited revisions during the development stage until you are satisfied with the final product.

6.2 Revision Timeframe: Revision requests must be submitted within 3 working days of initial delivery.

6.3 Six-Month Support: We provide free updates and modifications to your documents for 6 months from the delivery date for job changes, promotions, new achievements, or skills.

6.4 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer a 70% refund within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final documents delivered by Professional Writers.

7.2 Company Rights: Professional Writers retains the right to use anonymized versions of work for marketing purposes, samples, and portfolio display.

7.3 Original Content: We create original content for each client. We do not use templates or recycle content between clients.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

8.1 Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not share personal or professional details with third parties.

8.2 Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

8.3 Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Professional Writers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Failure to secure employment
• Delays in job application processes
• Technical issues beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Respond promptly to requests for information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our processes
• Not use our services to create false or misleading documents

11. Termination

12.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

12.2 Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any pending services.

12. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

13.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13.3 Mediation: We encourage resolution of disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
