1. Satisfaction Commitment

At Professional Writers, we provide unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Clients are encouraged to use revisions first, as refunds are considered only in specific situations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following rare circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: Service not delivered within the agreed timeline (excluding client delays).
  • Service Not Initiated: Work has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Critical Service Failure: Document delivered contains major errors and repeated revisions fail to resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • Failure to provide required information or delays in client feedback.
  • Changes in requirements after work has started or been completed.
  • Subjective preferences (design style, wording choice, formatting) not communicated at the start.
  • Services already used for job applications or admissions.
  • Rush orders once work has begun (rush fees are non-refundable).

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered at the company's discretion in the following cases:

  • Bundled Services: If one part of a package cannot be delivered.
  • Scope Change: If the client changes project requirements after work begins.
  • Expedited Services: If rush delivery timelines are missed, rush charges only may be refunded.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of order placement and no consultation/writing has started
  • Work in Progress: Cancellation requests after work begins are subject to proportional charges for work completed
  • Rush Orders: Cannot be canceled once assigned due to priority resource allocation

6. Refund Methods & Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–10 business days

7. Revision vs Refund

We strongly recommend revisions before refund requests, as this is the fastest and most effective way to achieve your requirements. Refunds are always considered a last option.
